Philippe is a founding Partner at REDO Ventures. Prior to REDO, Philippe was a Principal at Vestar Capital Partners a private equity investment firm that has raised more than $9 billion across six funds.
Previously, he was an associate with the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Citigroup. Philippe holds a Master in Finance from EDHEC Business School.

Adrien is a senior advisor at REDO Ventures. Adrien is the Chief Growth Officer at L'Occitane en Provence, a world's leading natural ingredient-based cosmetics and well-being company.
Previously, he was a manager at EDF. Adrien holds an MBA from Wharton Business School and a Master in Engineering from Oxford University.

Nicolas is a senior advisor at REDO Ventures. Nicolas is the President of L’ Occitane Group in Japan, a world's leading natural ingredient-based cosmetics and well-being company.
Previously, he was President of L’ Occitane Group in Brazil, which became one the fastest-growing division under his leadership. Nicolas holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master in Engineering Economics and Management from Oxford University.
